Typically being one of the larger kids around, I grew up playing peewee football as the one with the X on his helmet at all times. Although I could never touch a football other than to give it to the quarterback, I fell in love with the comradery of sports and the discipline training for one unified goal brought.

Whether that was beating the winningest football team at the time in high school for a championship ring, earning the right to play Division 1 football as a captain, or walking away with a civil engineering degree balancing the stress of school and sports, it’s not my first rodeo achieving high standards of goals with others.

From working moms, busy nurses, bodybuilders, student athletes, powerlifters, or average joes, anyone is capable of accomplishing any goal if they apply the correct level of effort over a period of time consistently.
