FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • The Herd Coaching philosophy is centered around having the most efficient communication possible between coach and client. We might not be dating, but any relationship’s success whether that’s personal or professional is reliant on our ability to communicate back and forth. Make your moo’s matter.

With that, we put an emphasis on simplifying every process as much as possible compared to others. The main thing about moving forward towards a goal is being able to apply a consistent effort and plan. It is impossible to gameplan if you’re an all-star one day and can’t catch a ball the next, so the goal is to develop something sustainable that the client can adhere to and work from there.

  • Absolutely not - we work with everyone! Everyone is going to fall along a different a point on the infinite fitness spectrum scale an we’re just here to make you reach your specific goal.

  • Coaching clients online is a way to help more people on their own time in their own place instead of having them come into the gym for 1-hour and get trained. Your fitness and health comes down to much more than just the weights you lift or the mile you ran.

Providing clients with precise directions in written programming via WhatsApp and email, we can easily communicate quickly. Clients check in at least once a week so any program adjustments can be made based on how they are feeling, looking, and performing in their workouts.

If we keep biomarkers such as digestion, sleep, recovery, and stress in check and keep seeing improvement in our training and weekly pictures, then we’re kicking ass!

  • A large portion of the Herd is a gal or guy that has just been wanting to improve their lifestyle, lose some body fat, and just overall feel better. Some have no idea what they’re doing, some have a fitness knowledge base, some are personal trainers themselves that want someone else to run their life.

Every client background is different, but they all share that same tenacity that got them all here in the first place: to succeed and see a difference.
